Ivy Hill Senior Care is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the
south side of Faribault.
The large yard and gardens are home to a multitude of squirrels and
birds who gather at the feeders. Seniors can stroll through the
backyard gardens or enjoy wildlife activity from a comfortable chair on
the deck. Chats with the neighbors are enjoyed on short walks.
The front porch is also a favorite gathering spot and if you time it right,
you'll catch one of the friendly mail carriers, who'll be glad to relay the
news of the day, predict the weather, or tell a good joke.
Ivy Hill Senior Care, Inc. is licensed by the Minnesota
Department of Health to accommodate ten people, though
average occupancy ranges from four to eight seniors.
Each room is equipped with cable TV and a phone jack. To protect our
seniors' health, Ivy Hill is a smoke-free environment. Some seniors
choose to bring their own furniture and familiar items, while others
prefer the bed, nightstand and dresser provided.
